The amulet market is for weekday-morning stalls, not Chatuchak which waits for the weekend. How to use it: outside Tha Chang or Wat Mahathat, one stretch, then go; on a palace day after the walls, keep it a short stop. Do not treat the stalls as a second palace, and do not cross the river. Hours follow the stalls that day; no gate ticket is frozen here.
Best time
