The green bar between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers. Rose season is crowded; on ordinary days walk through to the Public Hall.
Best time
Morning or dusk. Cherry and maple seasons are their own crowds.
How to go
Leave Midosuji at Yodoyabashi, cross the bridge, about 5–10 minutes into the park. ICOCA or PiTaPa taps the gate. An Osaka Metro day pass is Metro only — not JR.
Tips
- · The green bar between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers. Rose season is crowded; on ordinary days walk through to the Public Hall.
- · The path to the public hall is flat. Rose-season crowds follow that day's notice. Do not use the park as a shortcut to Namba.
