The Kiyomizu stage. Ninen-zaka and Sannen-zaka are the same hill, not a second district. Not the same day as Fushimi.
ベストタイム
Morning after the gates open. New Year and festivals are separate.
行き方
Leave Keihan at Kiyomizu-Gojo, then uphill about 20 minutes. The slope is steep. ICOCA usually taps local trains. An Osaka Metro day pass covers neither private rail nor JR. Limited express follows that day's notice.
