A small chapel on Penha Hill with the best angle on Nam Van, Sai Van and both bridges. The climb is steep, but it is quieter than Macau Tower and costs nothing.

The hour before sunset; worth the climb most on clear autumn and winter days.
How to go
About fifteen minutes up Calçada da Penha from Lilau Square — a real gradient.

- · Chapel hours are irregular; if the interior is shut, the view outside is what you came for
- · No shops on the hill — carry water
