The main land crossing to Zhuhai and the northern hub of the whole bus network. The densest point in Macau — budget immigration as its own block of time.
Best time
Avoid weekends and mainland public holidays; 08:00–10:00 and early evening are worst.
How to go
Terminus for many bus routes, and a stop for most resort shuttles.

Buses in from the gate pass the Red Market — start the day here and you get two quiet hours before the tourist zone.

From the north into the old town
Take this leg only after the bags are down — Senado Square with luggage is the hardest twenty minutes in Macau.
