Yaowarat Road, Bangkok

Yaowarat is the stop because the main street turns itself on at night: gold shops, stalls and temple mouths on one road. By day the substance is in the lanes, not on this lit street. Half a day: one afternoon stretch among Talat Noi, Song Wat or Sampeng, then back to the main street, one stall (Nai Mong or another), then stop. Do not add a mall across the river, and do not put Asiatique on the same night.
Best time
The street becomes itself at night. Shops close on their own clocks. The main street has no gate ticket.
How to go
MRT Wat Mangkon. Hua Lamphong is also a walk; the golden Buddha can come first, then you decide whether to enter the main street.
Tips
- · Do not take luggage into Sampeng.
- · If you sit down at Potong, a street stall is not a second dinner.
