Sampeng is the daytime wholesale lane, not the night main street. Half a day: walk one stretch from Wat Mangkon or Hua Lamphong, come out at Phahurat for cloth, and stop; leave luggage at the hotel. At night, one stall on Yaowarat. If you pick this lane, do not also force Song Wat; a Siam mall, Chatuchak, Asiatique and Khaosan are not the same day.
Best time
Daytime wholesale. No gate ticket. Shops follow the site.
How to go
MRT Wat Mangkon or Hua Lamphong. No suitcase in the narrow lane.
