Rod Fai Park is old locomotives and a large lawn — same district as the weekend market, different tempo. How to use it: a loop on a weekday or after the market closes; MOCA is a further-north private museum, separate; Chatuchak Park can extend the rest. Do not schedule the park as a palace-day replacement, and do not continue south to Siam. Gates follow that day's notice.
