Hokkaido / Sapporo Michelin files

Unofficial Michelin files. Only the 2012 and 2017 Hokkaido special editions are verifiable; coverage stopped from 2018, and 2026 still has no current-star Hokkaido guide — we invent no 2018–2026 stars and never treat Tabelog scores as Michelin. Places without a verified award appear without award rows; unverified Bib is omitted. Closed houses keep year tables and are not shown as open. No review text. Stars are Michelin marks.

2017 Hokkaido special edition: the three three-stars (all Sapporo) plus two- and one-stars we could verify. Michelin then suspended Hokkaido coverage.
