Day 1: Odori + Tanukikoji
Exit JR Sapporo and stow bags. Clock Tower exterior ten minutes → Odori east–west → TV Tower only at dusk. One Tanukikoji arcade; one drugstore price-check. Susukino night photo: ten minutes at the crossing, not a ramen main dinner — soup curry or a station bowl closes it. No Otaru, Jozankei, or Moiwa today.
Day 2: Maruyama–Moiwa or Beer Garden — pick one
Maruyama–Moiwa: morning Hokkaido Jingu → short park stop → base meal → dusk ropeway; not the TV Tower same evening. Beer Garden: Naebo museum afternoon → jingisukan all evening; no second Susukino ramen. Never both axes one day.
Day 3: Otaru or Jozankei — pick one
Otaru: JR rapid ~1h, canal + Sakaimachi; Tenguyama or canal dusk — not Jozankei. Jozankei: bus into the valley, bridge, one diner, baths; watch the last return; no Odori or Otaru. Asahiyama, Toya, Shikotsu need day four+. If Michelin is booked, one room all evening — no alley second sitting.
