Morning: Shanghai Museum or History at People's Square — pick one. Noon: East Nanjing souvenirs with a hard cap. At dusk walk Zhongshan East 1st until lights; Peace Hotel façade and Signal Tower are enough. Do not jam Yuyuan the same day; watch Lujiazui from this bank — no tower ticket.
Day 2: concession or Jing'an — pick one
For plane trees: Wukang → one café on Anfu; do not block Wukang Building traffic. For malls: short Jing'an Temple → enter only Kerry or Plaza 66. Do not stack Tianzifang and Xintiandi with Wukang the same afternoon; if Bund night is done, skip the riverbank.
Day 3: Lujiazui or Disney — pick one
Lujiazui: Line 2 across the river; ticket only one of Pearl / Shanghai Tower / Jin Mao; close on Binjiang Ave — no second Bund light lap. Disney: full day in park and Town via Line 11; Chuansha does not replace the park, and do not rush Yuyuan after exit.
