Early flights/HSR → Hongqiao hub hotels; long-haul often lands Pudong — Maglev or Line 2 to one city end (Jing'an / Bund / Lujiazui). Do not hunt a first night that is close to both airports. Departure day stays on the airport axis — no Disney.
