Why visa-free still needs the card
Visa exemption means most travellers need no pre-visa; the SG Arrival Card (with e-health declaration) is still a pre-arrival filing — not a visa. ICA asks for free submission within three days before arrival (including arrival day) via official e-Service / MyICA. Skipping it can slow clearance. HKSAR passport ≠ Document of Identity — DOI visa rules differ; check ICA.
Official free vs phishing fees
ICA: official submission is free; paid third-party filers are not endorsed. Stop at “Arrival Card for $xx” search ads — verify ica.gov.sg / official apps. You get an acknowledgement email; after clearance the Visit Pass is an e-Pass to the email on your card (often no ink stamp). Retrieve via ICA’s e-Pass portal. We do not file for you or host fake forms.
After landing: Jewel half-day is enough
After clearance and bags: set SimplyGo / tickets, then one hour at Jewel’s rain vortex. Do not also stack Sentosa or Mandai on arrival day. Check the e-Pass email for your last permitted day.
