Unofficial Michelin files. Rome city stars follow the public Michelin Guide Italy lists for 2024, 2025 and 2026 (Tivoli, Fiumicino, Ariccia and other surroundings excluded). 2023 is derived from 2024 by removing Orma, which contemporary reports called Rome's only new star that year — not a separate full scan. Bib Gourmand is the 2026 official city list of seven only; it is not backfilled to earlier years, and the three surroundings stay out. Routes and maps only, no review text. 2026 official: La Pergola keeps three stars; two stars remain Il Pagliaccio, Acquolina and Enoteca La Torre. New one-stars are INEO and La Terrazza at Hotel Eden. 16 one-stars, 20 total. Bib Gourmand is the official city seven only. Surroundings stay out.
