Rome city stars follow the public Michelin Guide Italy lists for 2024, 2025 and 2026 (Tivoli, Fiumicino, Ariccia and other surroundings excluded). 2023 is derived from 2024 by removing Orma, which contemporary reports called Rome's only new star that year — not a separate full scan.
