JR Osaka-Temmangu or Minami-Morimachi. Follow signs for the shrine. ICOCA taps this JR hop. An Osaka Metro day pass does not cover JR.

- · On an ordinary day, go straight from the shrine onto Tenjinbashisuji. During the Tenjin festival, roads close — check that day's notice.

Ogimachi Park
Walk · 15min
Follow the Tenmangu approach to the Ogimachi park path, about about a quarter hour. No train. Exit: JR Osaka-Temmangu or Minami-Morimachi. Follow signs for the shrine.
After the shrine, enter the arcade. Do not double back to Umeda. Next is Ogimachi Park.
Kids Plaza Osaka
Osaka Metro · 12min
Ride JR Loop to Osaka-Temmangu, then at Kids Plaza Osaka switch to Sakaisuji Line to Ogimachi. About about 10 minutes. When you change company, read the station signs. ICOCA taps this JR hop. An Osaka Metro day pass does not cover JR.
After the shrine, enter the arcade. Do not double back to Umeda. Next is Kids Plaza Osaka.
