The mall with a roof garden. Rain or a pre-train stop — do not stack it on Shinsaibashisuji.
Best time
After eleven, when the shops are open. Stay indoors in rain.
How to go
Go straight up into Parks from Nankai Namba. In rain you need not leave the station. ICOCA usually taps local trains. An Osaka Metro day pass covers neither private rail nor JR. Limited express follows that day's notice.
Tips
- · The mall with a roof garden. Rain or a pre-train stop — do not stack it on Shinsaibashisuji.
- · Keep the lower floors for supplies, and the roof. Do not stack this with the Shinsaibashi arcade as two shopping lines.
