The ginkgo avenue. Make a trip for the lights or a weekend pedestrian day; otherwise it is Shinsaibashi’s edge.
Best time
A slow afternoon. Do not stack it on a mall day.
How to go
Use the Midosuji exit at Shinsaibashi. The ginkgo avenue is outside. ICOCA or PiTaPa taps the gate. An Osaka Metro day pass is Metro only — not JR.
Tips
- · The ginkgo avenue. Make a trip for the lights or a weekend pedestrian day; otherwise it is Shinsaibashi’s edge.
- · On a weekday it is the edge of the arcade day. Weekend pedestrian hours follow that day's notice. Do not move the day for the lights.
