The red wheel sits on the mall roof. One night loop — do not continue to Tsutenkaku.
Best time
After eleven, when the shops are open. Stay indoors in rain.
How to go
Leave the east side of Hankyu Umeda and walk toward Chayamachi, about 5 minutes. Do not loop back to the JR north exit. ICOCA usually taps local trains. An Osaka Metro day pass covers neither private rail nor JR. Limited express follows that day's notice.
Tips
- · The red wheel sits on the mall roof. One night loop — do not continue to Tsutenkaku.
- · The red wheel on the roof is a separate ticket from the mall. Opening follows that day's notice. One night lap, then stop.
