The senbon torii on a Kyoto day. JR toward Nara Line from Osaka Station. Do not add Kiyomizu and Arashiyama the same day.
Best time
Morning after the gates open. New Year and festivals are separate.
How to go
JR Nara Line Inari Station exits at the torii, about two or three minutes on foot. A Metro day pass does not reach it. ICOCA taps this JR hop. An Osaka Metro day pass does not cover JR.
