Follow the riverbank on the library side to the east side of Nakanoshima Park, about 5–10 minutes. No train. Exit: Leave Keihan Oebashi and follow the river. It is the same stretch as the public hall.
See it with the public hall, then go west. Do not double back. Next is Museum of Oriental Ceramics.
