Enter Grand Front straight from the JR Osaka north exit, without crossing a road. ICOCA taps this JR hop. An Osaka Metro day pass does not cover JR.

Follow the north-exit link to the station atrium, about 5–10 minutes. No train. Exit: Enter Grand Front straight from the JR Osaka north exit, without crossing a road.
After the north mall, return to the platforms. Do not walk through to Hankyu. Next is Osaka Station.
HEP FIVE
徒歩 · 7分
Follow the north-exit link to Hankyu east street, about 5–10 minutes. No train. Exit: Enter Grand Front straight from the JR Osaka north exit, without crossing a road.
After the north mall, return to the platforms. Do not walk through to Hankyu. Next is HEP FIVE.
