Where to stay in Okinawa
Naha is for walking and the monorail. Chatan is one beach afternoon. Onna is the coast. Motobu or Okuma is the north — do not rush back to Naha that night.
Stay in Naha until the morning of the coast day, then move to Onna or Chatan. If the aquarium night is Motobu or Nago, sleep in the north the night before — do not drive two hours back to Kokusai-dori after closing. The flight day is Naha. The return-car day needs airport time, not Cape Hedo.
Next stop
The next stop stays on the same axis. A boat, the aquarium and Shuri do not share a day.
