The funicular leaves from the Air Itam lower station. The Habitat is on the summit. Kek Lok Si is on the way down the other side. The botanic gardens sit on the return. The cable car under construction is about 30 percent done and hoped for the fourth quarter of 2027 — there is no 'already open' page.
