Theatre and restaurant grid. Stay here at night — do not also cross to Shoreditch. Next is Ronnie Scott's — do not also stack Camden Market the same day.
Analysis
One night: Soho. The grid is there all day; clubs and bars start at night. Check the last train at Tottenham Court Road before you go in. After that, a night bus or walk back. Do not add another room.
Best time
From dusk
How to go
Tottenham Court Road or Piccadilly Circus
Transit
The exit at Tottenham Court Road crowds when Soho lets out. Leave twenty minutes before the last train. Do not mix the night-bus stop with the daytime Tube entrance.
Season window
Soho is fullest Thursday to Saturday. Many rooms rest on Sunday. In winter the coat check takes extra time.
Tips
- · Tickets: Streets are free; doors charge. Plan about 50 minutes.
- · Last Tubes are after midnight at weekends; know yours
- · Age and dress at Soho follow that night's door. This site does not buy tickets or hold a place in the queue.
