Holland Park tube station

The Kyoto Garden is the north end. Quieter than Hyde Park — skip Portobello if you are already walked out. Next is Design Museum — do not also stack Kensington Palace the same day.
Analysis
Holland Park is a walk, not a photo stop. About 07:30 to dusk. Gate hours and lawn hours differ. Be out toward Holland Park before dark, and do not use the park as a shortcut into the next district.

How to go
Holland Park station
Transit
The park has no ticket gate. The station is Holland Park. Leave before the last train, and do not cross the grass after dark.
Season window
Spring is blossom at Holland Park, summer picnics are crowded, autumn light is the point, winter dusk is early. In rain stay on the paved main path.
Tips
- · Tickets: Free. Plan about 40 minutes.
- · Peacocks near the Kyoto Garden; do not chase them
- · Lawns at Holland Park can close at short notice. Dogs, bikes and picnics follow that day's notice. No large speakers.
