Byodo-in
The Phoenix Hall is west of the Uji river. The museum takes its own time. The day stays in Uji — do not return to Kyoto to climb Kiyomizu.

Uji Bridge
The bridge over the Uji. Byodo-in is upstream. After the photo, tea or the temple — do not fill both and also Daigo-ji.

Daigo-ji
The five-storey pagoda of Shimo-Daigo and Sanbo-in garden. Kami-Daigo is a further climb. Another south day from Uji — not the same morning.
