Walk lanes and reach bia hơi at night: 旧市街 (noisy, narrow). Quieter Opera / Trang Tien / Hoa Lo: フランス街区. Both can walk the lake by day — do not also chase 西湖 night cafés the same evening.
Sleeping at 西湖 means staying on the lake — 旧市街 binges burn the transfer. バーディン helps a 陵 morning; skip ビール通り that evening. South / station helps trains and 文廟; nightlife needs a ride. No rates or booking here — pick the axis, then the house.
