How to eat in Hanoi
One Old Quarter stop: a pho bowl or egg coffee or banh mi — do not chain famous tables. Beer Street is a night drink axis, not a lunch swap. After eating, do not add a mall as a casual extra.
Bun cha stays south near Huong Lien; West Lake keeps Quang Ba seafood or one shore meal; French Quarter keeps one colonial-axis room. Chasing a second meal across districts is a new axis — stop for the day instead. Michelin samples are not a must-eat list.
