Leave Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) at 09:00 and change at Nishitetsu Futsukaichi. From 1 April 2026 the ordinary fare is 480 yen. Enter at Dazaifu Station; the Tenmangu is a 13-minute next stop. Lunch is one umegae on the approach (approach to the shop is 6 minutes). The afternoon is only Kyushu National Museum (approach to the museum is 10 minutes). Start back at 16:00 and be at Futsukaichi or Tenjin before the last Nishitetsu. For Kanzeonji and the ruins, exit at Tofuro-mae, not Nishitetsu Gojo. Do not do Dazaifu and Yanagawa the same day.
なぜスムーズか: Out at 09:00, lunch on the approach, turn back toward Futsukaichi at 16:00. The old temples exit at Tofuro-mae.
