The marble temple is the facade and the cloister, on the same Dusit day as Ananta's dome. Do not enter two inner courts on a Grand Palace day. Half a day: Thewet flowers in the morning if you want them, then the marble temple, and Ananta from the outside. If you enter the hall, take the Grand Palace off another day. Opening and tickets follow the temple that day.

Off the boat at Thewet, then walk, or ride north from the old town. Do not walk from Khaosan and bounce back.
