The Grand Postal Building is an indoor point on the river walk, not a half-day postal museum. How to use it: walk from Si Phraya or Saphan Taksin, see the exterior or open public space, then go; one River City floor can be the same stretch. The boat can leave the east bank — do not finish two malls, and do not bounce to the walls. Building access follows the site that day.
