Wat Bowonniwet is the quiet temple where kings ordained, a few lanes from Khaosan but a different tempo. How to use it: a daytime short walk from Khaosan; cover shoulders and knees; the Golden Mount and Wat Suthat are another daytime north ring — do not start them from the night street after midnight, and do not add a Jay Fai queue.
