CentralWorld is the stop only if Ratchaprasong is today's main hall. Half a day: Chit Lom onto the skywalk, a short Erawan stop, go deep here and only pass Gaysorn (or the reverse). Pratunam garments mean another half-day. Do not return to Paragon, and do not add Thonglor or Chatuchak. No gate ticket; floors follow that day.
